Technically, this is a one-way road in Harola village, Sector 5, Noida, with traffic allowed only in one direction. But vehicles brazenly violate the rule and, to cap it, there are no cops at the Sector 11 police post near the traffic signal. Citizen Reporter Amit Sharma
